Staff were helpful and we liked our time there. Perfect & brand-new unit with drinks, 2 king beds plus snacks. Everything was good during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The location was ideal, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was extremely helpful! You could walk to a market and a shopping street. Took a walk around city centre, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room was overall good and luxury, with complimentary WiFi and balcony. Smooth check in & the service was perfect. Fortunately, free WiFi in public areas was a good bonus.

Everyone was friendly and so nice. Climate control, a private safe and lounge area inside the executive king room were handy. Really loved dainties at Harry's Deli, it was right by the hotel.

The location was near to a bus stop giving access to many Ottawa attractions. We loved the food and rooms here. The breakfast is good.
